Dawn Twomey brings over 30 years of professional experience to her role. She began her career as Personal Assistant to both the Sales Director and Sales Manager of an American London-based company, gaining valuable early experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Over the past several years, Dawn has worked closely with Steve Hewitt and his clients, building both professional and personal relationships that reflect her people-focused approach. Known for her warmth and strong communication, she believes that trust, kindness and genuine connection are key to lasting client relationships.

Dawn holds a range of qualifications across different industries, though she believes her greatest achievements are her life experience and being a mother of two. She loves interacting with clients and colleagues and lives by a simple philosophy: a smile costs nothing.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys entertaining family and friends, staying active through swimming and walking, and maintaining the positive outlook she brings to both life and business.

Jack Hewitt has been involved in the family business since 2016 and joined full time in 2023. As Director of Online Marketing and Services, he focuses on developing the company’s digital presence and strengthening relationships that support both business growth and client outcomes.

With an undergraduate degree in Business Studies and a Master’s in Management and International Business, Jack brings a strong academic foundation alongside a practical understanding of the business. Known for his level-headed approach and ability to work well within a team, he is constantly learning and looking for ways to improve both the organisation and the service it provides to clients.

Outside of work, Jack is a Manchester United fan and avid gym-goer, and enjoys movies, music and video games.
